We are delighted to share that exactly one year to the day Michael and Sue Hendrick purchased the Old Post – October 30, 2016 – we have achieved (and exceeded) our clock tower and bell restoration fundraising campaign goal of $17,500!

The next time you pass through downtown Harriston, let your eyes wander up the clock tower to check the time, and keep your ears open for the distinct and unmistakable sound of The Old Post’s bell.

While our fundraising goal has been reached, donations will continue to be accepted to assist in the restoration and continued operation of the building. Learn more about how to donate here.

We are grateful for the continued support of our community members, local businesses and organizations in bringing this important community landmark back to life.

Statement on COVID-19

Due to the spread of COVID-19, the Old Post will not be accepting bookings for Escape the Old Post or The Post Script event space until further notice. We will re-evaluate this policy on April 6, 2020.

In recent weeks, we’ve taken additional precautionary measures to sanitize our spaces to ensure the health and safety of everyone who visits the building, and our community at large.

If you have previously booked a game, we will gladly reschedule your game for a later date or process a full refund. We have waived our cancellation policy and will reach out by email to anyone who has booked a game in the coming weeks.

The Old Post supports individual and community health. Please take any required action to ensure the health of your family and your community.
